I’m a 31 year old who is seeking confidence in my own skin and solidarity in my own mind.

I am an international flight attendant with a business background so as you could imagine, I like to keep my body and mind busy.

As I travel frequently I like to utilise my down time when I’m not exploring, to be creative and find mindfulness.

I write from a place of experience and raw thoughts. Sometimes I find inspiration in my own words, I hope they can do the same for you.
